For more than half a century, the Clemente Family has been supplying concrete, sand, and gravel to the New York State Capital District Region and beyond. The family members were born and raised in the Capital Region, where they continue to grow and expand their manufacturing and service business.

Our Companies

The family’s main operations are Bonded Concrete Inc. and Troy Sand & Gravel Inc. Currently, Bonded Concrete has seven stationary concrete plants, two portable plants, and produces numerous types of state-approved sand and aggregates through its sister company - Troy Sand & Gravel.

Standing the Test of Time

Bonded Concrete, the family’s flagship company incorporated in 1964, produces ready-mix concrete for all commercial and residential applications. Over the years, many ready-mix suppliers have entered the market and many have failed. Bonded Concrete has continued to grow and prosper. It has surely withstood the test of time. Through those years, the company’s growth was due to a quality product and a high level of service, both delivered with that family owned and family operated touch. Its success is also due to the ability to handle any size job, whether it is concrete for a residential home or special design concrete for large bridge deck spans. This versatility derives from the highly educated owners, vast amounts of equipment, and various locations throughout the area. Along with two of the owners being Professional Engineers at its service, Bonded Concrete also has four other family members that are active in management.
