This project included Mass Concrete & Self Consolidating Concrete in the amount of 190,000 cu yd of concrete over 18 months. This is enough concrete to make a sidewalk from New York City to Chicago, Illinois. The project is located in Malta, New York.
As seen in the video we utilized one of our Portable Division's, Central Mix Plants to construct Global Foundries' new $7 Billion factory, a 2 Million Square foot semiconductor-making site.

Old Navy/ Gap Distrubution Center This $78 million project began in the spring of 1999 and was completed in August of 2001. Clayco Construction Co. served as the designer and builder of this nearly 2 million square foot facility, which was constructed in three phases. Cast-in-place concrete was produced on-site and totaled over 67,000 cubic yards of material. Included in this quantity was 65,000 square feet of tilt-up wall panels, making this the largest tilt-up project in the United States. Amscam Distrubution Center This building, completed in 2001, is a new 526,566 SF distribution and warehouse facility built in the Catskill Mountains for Amscan, “The Party People.” Approximately 18,000 SF of the facility accommodates office space and the remaining 508,566 SF is used as distribution/warehouse space. It supplements operations of four other distribution centers across the country and includes a series of multi-level pick modules, a three-level mezzanine and an intricate sortation and conveyor system. The building is used to sort, pack and ship the company’s line of party products. Constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, the single-story building features a dark gray reflective glass curtainwall system and a canopied main entrance.
